Intellectual property


-Photography is a product of intellectual property of photographer.

-The photographer can post your photos on social networks for non-commercial purposes without your permission, since this is his copyright. 

-The only exception is the previously signed agreement on "Transfer of Copyright".

-If confidentiality is requested, an additional 50% fee will apply.

Payment


To book your date a 50% prepayment is needed. This covers the consultation, and the rest is paid right after the shoot.

The price includes only my services, so any extra time beyond the planned session will cost additional. For outdoor shoots, travel time is also included in the cost.

  • every extra hour + €50
  • travel expenses are not included
  • any changes in shooting time should be reported within 24 hours.
  • every 30 minutes late + €10


Results


By booking a shoot, you agree to my color correction and retouching, which I will handle as the creator.


Please note that I do not provide the raw files, and the selection of photos will always be made by me.

Storage time


-The delivery time for the finished photos is 3-4 weeks it depends of the seasonal workload.

-Your photos will be stored in the gallery max 3 weeks, where you can download them. 

-After 3 weeks, your photos will be deleted from the gallery.
